All tutorials listed here are for PSP 9.01 unless otherwise noted. They may or may not work with earlier versions of PSP, but they should work with later versions and should be translatible to PS (and possibly GIMP as well). Most are not dial-up friendly, as they contain multiple (and sometimes large-ish) images.
