Minerva is the goddess of arts, crafts, skill, war, and intelligence. She was appropriated from the Etruscan goddess Menrva, and was associated with Athena. She had a shrine on the Caelian Hill and a temple on the Aventine. Her festivals were held on March 19th, June 19th, and September 13th.
