Isthmian Games:
The Isthmian Games were held at Corinth bi-annually on the second and fourth years of the Olympiad to honor Poseidon. The prize at the Isthmian Games was a wreath of Wild Celery. The first Isthmian Games were held in 581 BCE.

The games at Isthmia were very popular with every day Greeks because they were easy to get to, and because Corinth was considered to the the "Pleasure Capital" of Ancient Greece.
