A Traveller's Song
By Lady Kristi

Where e'er I may go
When snowflakes like fallen angels dance silent through the air
When rain makes silver rivers sing on dusty roads
When in autumn the leaves flutter copper, crimson, and gold
When in spring all the green life returns to clothe the earth
With every bright blossom I chance upon in my journeys
With every shining glimpse of starlight through a blanket of clouds
With every footfall and every word through the long days
and into twilight
I'll remember the life I've left behind me.
